The Gateinlfe Xfttumtr AND STAR-FORUM Gatesville, Texas August 15, 1958 IRELAND Baptist Revival Will Begin Aug. 22 by Martha Turner, Messenger Correspondent The Ireland Baptist revival li Kbeduled to begin August 22 and continue through the Slit BUI Tolar, teacher at Baylor and student at Fort Worth, will be the evangelist and pastor, Rev. Pat No welt, will conduct the services. The morning services wll begin at the evening services start at 8:00. with prayer meeting at 7:43.

James Bule will be the singer for the revival. Everyone Is urged to attend. Mrs. Ada Ilardcaitle and Miss Lorene Walker went to Slnton Sunday (or a weeks visit with their daughter and sister, Mrs. Taul Webb and husband.

The commencement and Ice cream party last Friday night was Home For Week End Mr. and Mrs. Lester Humes of Turnersviile had all their children home for the week end. They were Mr. and Mrs.

Wayne Wells and daughters, Marx Ann, Linda and Kathy of Tifton, Ga Mr. and Mrs. Robert llaskin and children, Michelle, Chris, Mench and Tad of San Antonio; Mr. and Mrs. Bill Calli-han and sons, Mark and Paul, of Oklahoma City, Mr.

He has been a member continuously of military bands since 1926. Mr. Tate has also been a member of the Waco Civic Symphony Orchestra in which he played the violin. He is now a member of the Karem Shriners Band. Mrs.

Tate Is also a Baylor product She has taught music at ire-land and Purmela schools, sened as Methodist Church pianist for a number of years, and has acted as president of Ireland's Community Club. For the past year Mrs. Tate has done secretarial work at the State School. Last week Mr. Tate accepted a position as Band Director of Ix-rena High School near Waco.

Mr. and Mrs. Tate and children, N. F. Ill and Robbie, will move the last week in August to their new field of work.

We, the Ireland Community, shall miss the Tates, but wish them much happiness in their new work. W. B. Wilson, Wll ma and Robert. The Methodist revival la now in progress with Dr. Crawford of Crawford as the evangelist.

Mr. and Mrs. Marvin EIrod are at home in Ireland community after spending the week In Hamilton with their son, James Royce. They were happy to report the improved condition of their granddaughter, Beverly Annette, who Is in a Waco hospital under a specia-list's care. As soon as the baby is released from the hospital they plan to stay in Hamilton in the Royce home and care for the baby and the other children.

Mrs. Maud Lilljedahl is in the Coryell Memorial Hospital. She had a major operation Aug. 16. Her friends at Ireland wish for her a speedy recovery.

Mr. and Mrs. J. T. Dooley visited Uncle John Faubion, who is critically ill.
