Four of those indicted haven't been arrested yet. They include Marcus C. Van Hoozer. credit card abuse; Roy L. Mixon.

theft by check; Karl O'Brien. of Corrections. He is presently serving four years in the TDC on theft convictions from Brown and Comanche Counties. Sixteen of the 23 indicted October 4 appeared before Judge Bvron McClellan in 52nd District Court to be arraigned last Wednesday. Only Calvin Buster, indicted for theft over $200, and T.

J. Jones, indicted on a DW1 charge, had a trial date set. They both have jury trials set for November 19. burglary of a motor vehicle and Ronald C. Smith, misapplication of fidiciary funds.

Others who haven't had a date set, but arc awaiting trial after their October 4 indictment are Edward Eslahrook. sexual abuse of a child; Rand Hicks, possession of marijuana; Denise Keeler, possession of marijuana: Ipha Pcarce Smith, aggravated assault on a police officer; Robert K. Suttner. burglary of a motor vehicle and Wesley Whitconib. indecency with a child.

"Doughnuts" from the Homer Price book and will be shown al 10:30 on Saturday. This film will be free to all school age children and friends. The second film will be "Sneetches" by Dr. Seuss and will be shown to pre-school children at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday.

These films are free to all area children. Tommy Hannah, indicated for aggravated assault on August 23, has a jury trial set for Monday in the 52nd District Court. Only two trial dates have been set for the 23 who were true billed by the Coryell County Grand Jury October 4. Hannah is reported to have cut Muril Wayne Gartman on the arm with a broken bottle at the parking lot of White Auto on the night of July 7. The incident occurred just prior to Hannah entering the Texas Department Perry Brothers opened the doors to their new store in Gatesville.
