THE GATES VILLE MESSENGER, THURSDAY, MARCH 8, 1590 PAGE 5-B Evant ISD hosting open house, activities on Thursday GJHS honor roll list includes 102 students The Evant Independent School District will host an open house tonight (Thursday) in conjunction with Texas Public Schools Week (March 5-9). The evening begins at 7 p.m. with a program presented by the elementary school students. This program will be held in the gymnasium, with open house in the main building immediately following. Also, the high school one-act play will be performed during the open house.

Texas Public Schools Week gives local residents an opportunity to see how their educational system operates. All citizens and taxpayers from Evant are invited to visit the campus, lake time to seek answers to questions they may have and evaluate the school programs.
