Herbert Clark, Mrs. J. H. Anderson and Mrs. Grant Wilson, all of Waco; two sons, Claude Pruett and Ollie Pruett, both of Waco; four brothers, Cal Pruett of Garden City, Odis Pruett of Jonesboro, John Pruett of Kilgore and Luther Pruett of Van Vleck; and three Mrs.

Wood Russell of Pearl, Mrs. Cora Johnson of Gatesville and Mrs. C. A. May-berry of Belton.

iBBBBBBBBr WW Wm 1 Hr I BSJ Last Rites Held For Creg Pruett Funeral services for Creg Pruett of Waco, former Coryell County resident, were held at 10:30 a. m. Monday in Edgefield Baptist Church. Rev. J.

A. Haley, Rev. Richard Philpot and Rev. Don Richey officiated, and burial was in Waco Memorial Park. Mr.

Pruett died at 1:25 a. m. Saturday in a Waco hospital. lie was 73. He was born in Coryell County May 4, 1884, and had lived in Waco the last 19 years.

A retired farmer, he had been a member of the Edgefield Baptist Church since Here from Lubbock Mr. and Mrs. Gaston Bradford and daughter, Betty, of Lubbock visited in the H. L. Sandlia and H.

B. Bradford homes over the week end. ills MI? Mrs. Lrna Carroll. 76, native and lifelong resident of Coryell County, died early Sunday in a local rest home.

She had been in failing health for several months. Funeral services were held at 2 p. m. Monday at Scott's Chapel, Rev. Wm.

Lee Itankla officiating Burial was In the City Cemetery. Pallbearers were Dan Coward, A C. Hunter, R. R. Anderson, Henry Wilhelm, Orvin Haley and Allen Bell.

Mrs. Carroll, the former Miss Lena Russell, was born Sept. 1. 1881. She was married to J.

Speed Carroll in August, 1900; he died in 191C. Mrs. Carroll, a resident of the Ames-Atcr area most of her life, was a member of the Methodist Church. Surviving are a son, H. Bailey Carroll of Austin; a grandson, Joe Speed Carroll of Austin; and three sisters, Mrs.

C. M. Coward of Ames and Mrs. Addye Taylor and Mrs. Edna Haley, both of Gatesville.
