and Mrs. Tom Gildenblatt. also of Arlington. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Milton and Gracie Lee of Gatesville. The bride lobe is a 1988 graduate of Sam Houston High School in Arlington, and 1991 graduate of Tarrant County Junior College.

She is employed at Muld-Markcring Corp. The prospective bridegroom, a 1986 graduate of Lamar High School, is also employed at Multi Corp. The wedding is planned for February 15. The couple will live in Arlington. exchange vows on Dec.

and Mrs. Don L. Cooper Sr. in China Spring. Rev.

Alton Ray performed the double ring ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Malissa Sims of China Spring and Alan Sims of Hewitt, the granddaughter of Calnis Dowlcarn of Gatesville and Bill Powell of Kcmpncr, and the great-granddaughter of Ruby Powell of Gatesville. The nuptial scene in front of the fireplace was decorated with red poinsettias. Red and white Christmas arrangements were placed throughout the house. Escorted by her father, the bride wore an all-white western ensemble and carried a bouquet of red and white roses and baby's breath.

The bride presented her mother with a red rose and also presented both the bridegroom's mother and her stepmother, Sharon Sims, with a red rose. Honor attendants were Heather Garner and J.D. Nobles. A reception was held following the ceremony. The bride's two-tiered white cake, was decorated with red roses and topped with crystal wedding bells and white doves.

The bride groom's chocolate cake was decorated in the western theme. After a honeymoon to San Antonio, the couple is living in China Mrs. Bill Lawson of Temple; Mr. and Mrs. Hal Knight.

Saturday afternoon friends and relatives gathered to celebrate Horace Knight's retirement from Central Freight Lines. A surprise "Honey Do" party, along with a barbecue dinner was served to 51 friends and relatives.
